Nikki’s background includes community-focused program coordination, volunteer management, and healthcare services support. She has an associate degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Master of Public Health degree from Saint Francis University.

As Senior Program Specialist, Nikki’s focus is primarily on supportive services for the veteran community. She is the Administrator for VCI’s Long-Term Care Initiative which aims to provide education on long term care environments and healthy aging in community settings. She also assists with VCI’s outreach programs, community recognition events, and administrative duties for veteran services.
